Established in 1994, Sullivans Cove Distillery stands as the home of Australia's most awarded whisky and Tasmania's second-oldest distillery. This multi-award-winning producer gained international fame in 2014 when their French Oak cask was named Best Single Malt Whisky in the World by the World Whiskies Awards, propelling both the distillery and Tasmanian whisky to global recognition.
Located in Cambridge, just a short drive from Hobart or the airport, Sullivans Cove crafts luxury, small-batch Tasmanian single malt whisky using traditional methods. Hand-crafted to perfection in copper pot stills, each batch is double-distilled using renowned Tasmanian barley and the purest wilderness water from Tasmania's mountains and forests. Each cask is bottled separately, yielding only around 450 bottles, making every bottle a rare treasure.
