Our Chauffeur will be dropping you off/picking you up from the VIP Limousine area situated just across the taxi rank.

We expect minor flight delays, which are regrettably quite common and beyond anyone's control.

To accommodate such situations, we proactively include a 30-minute buffer for airport pick-up reservations.

If your flight experiences a delay exceeding 30 minutes, we may need to proceed to our next scheduled booking.

Our Chauffeur will wait for a grace period of 10 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time, during which they will attempt to contact you via phone or SMS.

If unable to establish contact within 15 minutes after the originally agreed-upon pick-up time, our Chauffeur may need to proceed with their next assignment.

Our Tesla Model X Long Range can travel over 400 kms and for comparison Hobart to Devonport is less than 300 kms.
