For departures, your Chauffeur will be dropping you off next to the terminal entrance.

We expect minor flight delays, which are regrettably quite common and beyond anyone's control.

To accommodate such situations, we proactively include a 30-minute buffer for airport pick-up reservations.

Your Chauffeur will wait for a grace period of 10 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time, during which they will attempt to contact you via phone or SMS.

If unable to establish contact within 15 minutes after the originally agreed-upon pick-up time, your Chauffeur may need to proceed with their next assignment.
