Proactive satefy
The best safety is proactive safety. Both Model X and Model Y are equipped with 8 or more cameras and sensors that continuously monitor the surrounding environment to provide proactive safety features such as Automatic Emergency Breaking (AEB) and Lane Support System (LSS).
Passive and reactive safety
We operate Tesla vehicles, because in the unlikely event of an accident, they consistently rank among the highest in safety ratings across all crash test categories. For further information, we have compiled a list of pages and videos outlining how this is achieved:
Insurances and procedures
Not all situations can be avoided, and in the unlikely case of an incident, we do what we can to minimise impact to our Clients.
As such, we always carry and regularly update detailed procedures in the case of accidents or unforeseen circumstances.
We also subscribe to a $10,000,000 public liability insurance along with an additional passenger belongings and luggage insurance in the unlikely case a valuable gets damaged during loading/unloading or transit (e.g. Client carrying a Faberge egg that gets inadvertently dropped during loading).
Additional safety and training
We currently carry a first-aid kit in all vehicles and are also considering adding a defibrillator in the future.
Last but not least, it might be worth mentioning that we are not a ride-share or taxi service. As such, our chauffeurs are never on the phone or wearing earpods while driving, and 100% off their focus is on your comfort and safety at all times.
